• Permanent Closure: If a prohibited activity is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may close their own account at any time. Any remaining balance will be returned upon closure.
• Appeal: Members may appeal an account suspension to the support team within 30 days.
